Hotel policies
Check-in is made upon presentation of identity documents.
Identity documents:
- Passport of a Russian citizen (for guests living in Russia)
- Certificate of birth (for children under 14 years)
- Passport of a Russian citizen (for guests living outside Russia permanently)
Check-in time: 14:00.
Check-out time: 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are of extra cost.
Early check-in rates:
- from 0.00 to 03.59 – 0.5 of rate
- from 04.00 to 08.59 – 150 rubles per hour
- from 09.00 to 12.00 – free.
Late check-out rates:
- from 12.00 to 20.00 – 200 rubles per hour
- from 20.00 – rate of one night.
The “Half-day” rate is available if a guest stays less than 6 hours without prior booking. The “Half-day” offer cost is a half of the room cost per night. The “Half-day” is not included in the “Weekend” offer. The “Half-day” is not available for suites. Breakfast is not included.
Booking is free of charge.
Booking is guaranteed if the first night is paid according to the chosen rate, otherwise the hotel does not guarantee rooms and has the right to cancel reservation after 18:00 of the arrival day. Guaranteed booking is assigned to a guest before 7:00 a.m. If booking is guaranteed and guests do not arrive, the hotel has the right to charge guests with a fine of the first night rate.
Guests are allowed to accommodate with them not more than one child (under 12 years) without extra beds and breakfast. Extra bed rate for children or adults is 450 rubles per night. From 01.05.2020 the price of Breakfast is 300 rubles.
Out hotel provides guests with delicious breakfast. Breakfast costs 250 rubbles per person.
Mini-bar and long-distance calls are not included in the room rates. The hotel charges deposit of 1000 rubles for mini-bar and long-distance calls. Payment is made upon departure.
Smoking is not allowed throughout the hotel
